Terms and Conditions

Welcome to paysomeonetodohomework.com (“the Website”, “we”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are the rules for using the Website and our services. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of adulthood in your location to order our services. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms and place the order.

2. Our Services

We provide homework help: model solutions and assignments completed to your instructions, step-by-step explanations, editing, proofreading, and feedback.

Any automated responses the Website may show in its forms are for guidance only, may contain errors, and should be checked before you rely on them.

3. Academic Integrity

Solutions and other materials we deliver are intended as models and study references. You are responsible for using them in line with your school’s academic integrity policy.

We do not log in to student accounts, take part in classes on your behalf, or take tests, quizzes, or exams that are in progress. We may decline any request that would break a school’s rules in an obvious way.

4. Orders and Pricing

Prices start at $8 per page. The final price depends on the deadline, size, academic level, and type of task, and is confirmed before work begins. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if the instructions are incomplete or the request breaks these Terms.

5. Payment

Depending on the order, you can pay after reviewing the first page or after the finished work is delivered. The payment terms for your order are confirmed before work starts.

6. Revisions

Free revisions are available for 14 days after delivery. Revisions must stay within your original instructions; new requirements or a change of task may be treated as a new order.

7. Money-Back Guarantee

If your order does not meet your instructions and a revision can’t fix it, you can request a refund by writing to [email protected]. We review every request individually and may ask for details, such as the original instructions and your feedback on the work.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, change, or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to other sites and uses third-party services to operate. We don’t control those sites or services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

The Website and its tools are provided “as is.” We can’t guarantee they will always be error-free, secure, or available without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our services.

13. Indemnification

14. Termination

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or end your access to the Website at any time without notice.
